Analyze IVR related business requirements. Review the functional design with the business subject matter experts. Design IVR technical solutions and review with HCA leads .Development of IVR and Intelligent Call Manager ICM. Development and configuration changes for Cisco Voice Portal CVP. Conduct Unit Testing.Provide technical support for Quality Assurance and User Acceptance testing. Support production deployment
