Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
IVR app development Experience on Genesys GVP (3+ years) using Nuance Speech Server, Nuance Dialog modules.
Strong hands on skills like Java/JavaScript/Web services
3+ years professional knowledge and experience in the design, configuration and implementation of Genesys 8.x Framework, CIM, SIP Server, Multi-Channel Routing, Web Chat
Well-rounded with experience in multiple contact center technologies including CTI, SIP and Genesys SIP Server, Call Routing and Historical Reporting, Genesys Workspace, Call Recording, VoIP technology, and CRM and IVR solutions
Solid analytical skills, problem determination, and resolution recovery processes
Ability to interface and cultivate excellent working relationships with technology teams, business analysts, and vendors
Bachelor degree with an emphasis on IS/IT or a minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible positions in contact center software, telecom and network technology
