On-Site Requirements: Monday through Thursday, Remote on Friday

Duration: 6 months+

Job Responsibilities:

Work with Problem Mgt. and RCA to drive problem closure and monitoring of remediation and reoccurrences.

Primary Skills: ITIL Incident & Problem Mgt Lifecycle Mgt

Sponsor the process

* Define & periodically review the process strategy

* Assist with process design

* Ensure that process documentation is current and available

* Define policies & standards

* Periodic auditing of the process

* Communication

* Providing process resources

* Ensure process technicians have required knowledge & business understanding

* Address issues with running the process

* Work with a Process Manager to identify continual process improvements

* Work with other Process Owners to ensure integrated approach

* Secondary Skills: KPI and Metric set-up and tracking
