Job Description:
More than 5 years of total experience
Should have 3 years of relevent experience in STI
Should have good understanding of all ITIL processes.
Should have good understanding of phases of SDLC
Should understand Release management cycles
Plan, organize, and monitor pre-implementation deliverables and process improvement initiatives identified by the client.
Work with other teams to manage alignment between STI processes and business objectives so as to optimize business performance.
Coordinate with process owners and technology owners to define technology requirements to support company process strategy and deployment.
Check and verify STI Service Readiness Criteria checklist is completed and shared.
To proceed, all high risk tasks need be completed. Any medium or low risks task that are not completed should be noted.
Collaborate with Stakeholders to Subscribe System to SLA Framework
Collaborate with stake holders & ensure availability of proper DR (Disaster Recovery) Plans
Ensure and validate Application Monitoring Plan
Ensure and validate Hypercare Plan
Review and validate exit Criteria for hypercare closure
Ensure STI handover and engagement closeout
