Must be W2, must be able to work onsite. Must Haves: 5+ years experience, ITIL process knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, SAP experience is a plus.

IT Application Management
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves working with a Global IT team with specific requirements to the Franklin Manufacturing facility. The individual will be the Single Point of accountability for all of IT for the Dell Franklin Manufacturing facility and will participate fully in all IT forums both regionally and globally. This role also requires strong Managerial, written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on the execution of any IT deliverables to the facility.

Accountable to the Manufacturing Director, and as such attends the director’s staff
Is accountable for the uptime results for the facility and driving all downtime issues to closure
Participates fully in driving the improvements across IT as required to ensure project delivery and improved uptime
Participates and drives problem management for all critical incidents (Priority 1 / Priority 2) for the facility.
Is accountable for Change Control for the facility
Manage communications both regional and global after IT incidents on the daily Business Pulse Calls.
Manage communications with the facility director and IT Senior Management
Interface between IT and Operations management and gather requirements from business partners and compile the IT project roadmap

Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. General IT expertise and knowledge of ITIL processes an advantage
Excellent writing, analytical skills and verbal English & Polish
Fully participates and works closely with the Incident Manager and Manufacturing Operation teams to resolve all IT issues
Represent the detail on projects and be accountable for the deliverables of all projects to the business partner
Be part of regional and global cross functional teams identifying areas for cross functional improvements will adhere to all IT Standards and SOX Compliance regulations

Ability to perform a wide variety of administrative duties in overall systems design, development, and delivery - Demonstrate extensive creativity and expertise in information systems discipline
Strong analysis and communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems
Advanced documentation/presentation skills
Working knowledge of the Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes

This position is 100% onsite.
Hours: 8am-5pm - might be required to work some off hours if needed to resolve any issues that come up.
9 month contract with the possibility of extension but not guaranteed.

ACCOUNTABILITIES Manages, resolves and documents issues and events related to system and environment availability Monitors and measures performance characteristics of applications Performs routine maintenance Communicates with all stakeholders (customers, development teams, end users, etc to address system issues and conduct mentoring and training Proposes and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system Learns new applications, Dell-specific technologies, system behavior and business processes as they relates to customer needs Designs, authors, tests, documents and debugs application packages according to the customer?s standards, policies and procedures. Maintains packaging, QA and verification workflows, lessons learned logs and other centralized documentation. Creates and maintains application packaging test and development environments. Defines corporate packaging standards and strategies. Performs application environment builds and refreshes of complex environments. Creates, implements and tests disaster recovery procedures. Consults with management to promote and develop technical enhancements. Leads initiatives and special projects RESPONSIBILITIES Provides production support of applications in production by trouble shooting issues, proposing solutions, develops and tests fixes and migrates solution Contributes to root cause analysis based on system and incident knowledge Offers more experienced system recommendations for defined business needs Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations or decisions Creates and maintains database storage structures and objects Develops and unit tests application programs as specified in Technical Designs and obtains code reviews, while ensuring that all programming standards and policies are adhered to Obtains Technical Designs and Unit Test plan reviews from Senior Application Developer and may perform Tech Designs and Unit Test plan reviews of other developers Develops Unit Test Plans to test programs and ensures that standards and policies are adhered to Authors Technical Designs (TDs) that define how a functional design will be technically enabled. Develops and maintains applications for business processes and systems
