IT Recruiter (offshore - India based)
Should be willing to work in US Hours (6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST) - work from home opportunity
Should have very strong experience with recruiting, placing bench consultants

Skills Needed:
Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical , non-technical, managerial and Trainer positions
Pre-screening Candidates - Qualify candidates by way of technical screening, phone/in-person interviewing, salary discussion/negotiation and feedback
Technical sourcing and recruiting experience, especially within the Infrastructure/IT Engineering backgrounds
Extensive experience with sourcing tools like Dice, Linkedin etc
Experience with Placement of Bench consultants (Sales
Prepare/ brief candidates prior to interviews
Work closely with Client Managers and Business Development Specialist to find, qualify and place IT and engineering professionals with our Clients
Present MNK Infotech and their open project to prospective candidates.
Enter candidate information and updates into our tracking system on a real time basis Stay educated on current and new and emerging technologies
Must have a "can do" attitude and be able to talk to people. Must be organized.
