Job Description :
Immediate need for System Admin + Security Consultant with Windows (server/workstation), Red Hat Linux, Palo Alto Networks (firewall), MacOS, Symantec Anti-Virus, Office365 experience.

Duties include:
Provide support for onsite and remote employees (30) remotely accessing our forensic lab computers. Remote employees are primarily based in the United States and will require support from 7am-3:30pm Pacific.
Administer, maintain and support IT infrastructure consisting of Palo Alto firewalls, Windows Active Directory, externally facing Red Hat Linux and SFTP service and various cloud based hosted services such as Office365, Email, Phone System, etc.
Perform forensic evidence custodian tasks, ensuring proper evidence handling through a documented Chain of Custody process and documentation of storage of electronic media.
Support operations of the forensic lab environment; staging project working data sets, archiving completed engagement media, configuring and wiping forensic workstations.
Basic forensic imaging to be learned on the job and opportunity to learn more advanced forensic analysis.
Provide level 1 and 2 IT support for a primarily Windows based servers and endpoints along with limited Mac and Linux environment.
Handle Disaster Recovery through the scheduling of recurring Acronis backups (full, differential, incremental) and recovery operations.
Build and manage desktop images with the ability to progressive harden configuration to meet with security standards.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience in IT support role, including performance of routine hardware and software maintenance.
Required to have administered Windows (server/workstation), Linux Red Hat, Mac and Palo Alto Networks operating systems as well as Symantec Anti-Virus
Experience supporting Microsoft products as well as Office 365 and hosted email services.
Ability to provide remote IT troubleshooting.
