JOB DESCRIPTION (local candidates preferred) You''ll focus on finding great candidates on job boards (like Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn), niche or industry websites, and our in-house resume database.

Requirement: Minimum 1-2 years IT recruiting experience with a proven track-record, supporting urgent requirements Sourcing the right talent using different Job Sites/ Portals, Employee Referral and personal contacts Excellent negotiation skills and be able to convince a potential candidate to join the projects.
Recruit, screen, interview, and close candidates for contract positions.
The ideal candidate will have developed a solid sub-contractor and candidate base through their prior recruiting efforts. Must be highly competitive and resourceful.
Matching candidates with open positions in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain and document candidate and client communications with in the database. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, good team player and confidence to handle requirements.
Recruiting experience with emphasis on successfully filling short and long term technical positions.
Responsible for the identification, qualification, and matching of candidates to technology requirements for high volume, high visibility positions.
Experience with ATS will be a plus Candidate must be self-motivated with a history of exceeding high-performance standards.
