Position: IT Support Administrator
Duration: Contract-to-Hire, 6 months
Location: Windsor Mill, MD 21244
Interview Mode: Phone, then In-Person

Role Overview
· Responsible for monitoring and maintaining up-to-date systems for Signature Consulting Group as well as supporting the Help Desk.
· Responsible for the support and maintenance of all assigned assets and work tasks. Support and maintenance shall meet the requirements of the company’s defines policies, processes and SLA’s and shall be addressed in a timely manner to comply with internal requirements.

Responsibilities
· Provide onsite technology support for our offices including: advanced problem diagnosis and error resolution, equipment setup / repair, and assisting with network / servers
· Serve a First Responder for Help Desk issues
· Hardware management and maintenance
· Assists with (or coordinates) the repair of end user hardware and the re-installation of software as necessary to resolve end user incidents.
· Resolve incidents associated with company-standard end user software and hardware, including mobile/hand-held technologies.
· Set up and maintain user accounts.
· Document and resolve incidents within the prescribed processes and SLAs.
· Assist with off-site support for company sponsored functions/meetings.
· Operates as "remote hands" for other IT functions.
· Provides support for technology including but not limited to: Microsoft Desktop OS; Network and Telecom connectivity; Microsoft Office; Microsoft and Apple laptops.
· Provides SharePoint training and support when needed on basic functions.

Required Skills
· More than 1 year of IT services and/or consulting environment experience with a Bachelor''s degree OR equivalent experience without a degree (minimum 5 years)
· Proficient with MS SharePoint management and the MS Office suite
· Strong networking capabilities
· Experience with Asset Management tools
· Ability to set-up laptops using imaging
· Strength in working with vendors and contracts
· Effective communication and customer service skills
· Ability to function in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
· Capacity to handle multiple objectives and workflows
· Excellent organizational and analytical skills
