Job Description :
10-12 years of IT experience including 5 years in a supervisor, mentor, leadership or manager role within network operations is required
Manage, mentor, guide and provide tactical and strategic direction for the Infrastructure Operations team; including systems and network groups
Hands on technical and tactical management of networking LAN/WAN, Voice and Security system technologies
Establish standards and procedure/practices to ensure effective and consistent network and systems operations
Lead to implement, manage, and report upon Network security policy and safeguards over the company’s information and assets
Report on Network infrastructure KPIs
A solid understanding systems and network architecture in a dispersed environment
Strong, hands-on experience with Network Management
NOC Operations - Solarwinds NPM; NCM; Bandwidth Analyzer, NVQM, PacketSled
Following technologies (including but not limited to); Cisco, Sumologic, Varonis, Eset, Carbon Black, Palo Alto etc
Develop and provide dashboard reporting on Network and Security infrastructure health
Networking (Cisco, Palo Alto or other wireless, etc
Load Balancing
Datacenter design to networking best practices
