Job Description :
Overall 7-8 years of experience and 4-5 years of Workday experience.
Conduct working sessions with business users to gather, understand and analyze business requirements for Compensation and related processes
Design and implement requirements in the Workday compensation and Advanced Compensation solutions
Should have strong experience working on Workday Compensation module and should have worked with vendors like E-Trade.
Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation certification will be preferred.
Workday Security knowledge is also critical to the role .
Configure the core components of Workday for compensation. Should have strong knowledge year end merit and bonus planning cycles.
Configure and execute Compensation related business processes.
Facilitate cross-functional solutions across HR, Payroll and HCM domains
Demonstrate the configurations through the iterative development of prototypes
Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions related to industry and/or functional areas
Analyze business process to identify and propose new business process or program changes to address business specific requirements and provide continuous improvement.
Support functional aspect of integration by collaborating with vendors and business users.
Manage and deliver projects as assigned.
Responsible for ongoing support, maintenance and updates to Workday upgrades.
Setup the data for testing in each module and conducted test in different cycles.
Served as liaison to business including super users and process area sponsors.
Identify and resolve data issues
Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.
Lead and manage performance management related enhancements and support it.
Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices as it relates to HCM and Talent and Performance Management.
Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet functional requirements.
Configure and test Performance Management related configuration
Support the HCM and Talent and Performance Management work streams of a Workday implementation, driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead Workday SME in the team
- Strong skills to work with off shore team model.
- Escalation point for workday issues for Compensation, Talent and performance.
Payroll knowledge will be a big bonus for the role.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA''s):
- MUST be certified, with 5-7 year Workday experience in HCM and Compensation/Advanced Compensation.
- Must have Agile and Waterfall delivery experience
- Must have experience with midsize to large company HRIS system management, pharma preferred but not mandatory
- Must have strong English communications skills and business acumen to work with our partners in HR
