Description
IT Service Manager, CPQO (Configure, Price, Quote, Order)

Responsibilities include:
End to end responsibilities for Configure, Price, Quote, Order and Billing systems and processes
Manage a team of 6 – 10 Business Analysts
Motivate team members to achieve team and individual goals
Create an environment that enables peak performance from team members
Primary escalation point for resource, work assignment, solution and/or technical issues
Establish and enforce end to end solution standards
Ensure end to end solution integrity through process and system integration with other teams, systems, solutions and process areas
Ensure that solutions support long-term Corporate goals while delivering maximum incremental short-term benefits
Manage stakeholder relationships
Participate in the work intake process
Provide input to the IT portfolio and roadmap
Ensure all IT process standards are followed
Proactively recommend improvements for internal IT processes

Qualifications:
5 years of hands-on experience with industry-leading CPQ tools such as Salesforce CPQ (formerly Steelbrick), Apttus, and/or Oracle CPQ Cloud (formerly Big Machines)
Hands on experience with Oracle EBS quote and Order Management or equivalent
Thorough understanding of end to end business Quote to Cash processes, preferably for cloud software sales
Experience leading a team of internal and external resources
Extensive leadership and communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience operating in a cloud/on-premise hybrid IT landscape
Ability to build collaborative relationships among many diverse groups, working in various time zones, who are pursuing disparate goals – including upper management
High degree of professional confidence and credibility with the presence and communication skills to represent IT-related concepts effectively with executive-level management.
Thorough understanding of one or more of the following IT methodologies:
o Waterfall
o SDLC
o Agile
o ITIL
