Serenity Infotech is in need of a IT Security Planner / Change Management Analyst for their direct client in Atlanta, GA. Person selected for this job will work with the Information Security Officer (ISO) to develop and write an IT Strategic Security Plan, assist in updating Business Continuity Plan, also assist with developing detailed security incident response plan and other security documents The Planner/Change Management Analyst filling this job will help the ISO analyze gaps and needs of DBHDD IT security.
The position will also provide change management analysis needed to improve organizational effectiveness and teamwork in Service Delivery Unit that provides desktop support, computer update patching, laptop/tablet encryption, computer asset management, work order request management, and telecommunication voice/data/wireless management. Need to assess the service delivery organization for process and behavioral improvement needs.
