Job Description:
Position Responsibilities:
-Desktop Imaging through SCCM
-Coordination with the customer to gather application and configuration needs
-Installation, configuration and testing of desktop applications
-Coordination with the customer to deliver the new equipment, transfer user data and disposal of the old equipment
-A City vehicle would be used to deliver equipment to City sites
-Tracking work through our internal ticketing system
-Updating entries in our Asset Database

-Computer peripherals
-Networked printersur
