· Imparting interview techniques, insights and expertise to enhance the evaluation capabilities of line management.
· Controlling employment process through closure.
· Assisting/influencing management through the decision making process.
· Using consultative methods.
· End to End Recruitment
Job Description:
· Experience 3 to 4 years minimum required
· Will be responsible for handling End-to-End Recruitment process.
· Experience in Domestic staffing
· Should be willing to work across technologies and across levels.
