Job Description :
Minimum 1 year of US IT Recruitment experience
Source candidates using resources (internal database, job board, referrals, etc to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences by maintaining low interview-to-offer ratios.
Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
Must have a strong work ethic. Must be able to multi-task. Must have a high degree of professionalism.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team including a strong desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced technology-oriented environment.
Interact with customers and vendors.
