Job Description:
Collaborate closely with the PMO, program manager, or function lead to ensure projects aligns with overarching program goals and benefits Lead overall planning efforts of the project(s), based on the project charter, and following the PMO project life cycle Manage expectations with business partners and stakeholders by facilitating meetings to define project objectives and scope.
Control project scope and lead the project team to execute deliverables.
Facilitate meetings to gather status, discuss issue resolutions and provide progress update to IT management and stakeholders.
Identify project risks and coordinate risk mitigation and resolution, escalate in a timely manner.
Cultivate collaborative working relationships across project leadership, key stakeholders, business leaders and project management team(s Preparing metrics reports and leading recurring project reviews for executive management is required Be the primary project liaison between employees in business and IT departments. Monitor and align compliance controls with project deliverables.
Deliver IT compliance documentation as required for regulated systems deployed across global regions.
Minimum Qualifications:
5-8 years of progressive project management experience with all aspects of system deployments including:
Experience with managing custom or third party Web app projects Expertise with Microsoft Office and Project Plan * Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate at all levels from senior management to technical team. The PM should have experience with managing WEB projects.
