Job Description:
IT Sr. Project Manager:
We are looking for someone who has over 10+ years of Project Management with end-to-end ERP implementation.
Lead IT Projects with an overall ownership for coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of IT projects successfully.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the project stakeholder to understand business processes and requirements, and in leading the planning and implementation of agile IT projects
supporting those requirements
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Develop full scale project plans and ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Plan and schedule project timelines and monitor and track progress
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Skills/Qualifications: Requirement analysis, strategic planning, problem solving, multi-tasking, project management
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in IT project management (specially experience in end-to-end ERP implementation
Knowledge in IT technologies specifically knowledge in SAP, ERP, and BI systems would be helpful
PMP-PMI preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
Masters degree in related field preferred
Very good knowledge of business expectations in term of IT Services
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships within project teams and across the organization
