Key Responsibilities
Oracle Incentive Compensation implementation
Manage project from concept through completion through the project life cycle while meeting scope, schedule and resource targets while achieving the desired business results
Guide work streams on project delivery methodology while aligning to overall Integrated Project Plan
Drive strategy and planning activities with members from PMO, project team and various partner team members who support this delivery
Manage track level and integrated project plans and associated dependencies while working closely with PMO team to ensure overall alignment
Responsible and accountable to drive the project activities to ensure achievement of milestones to plan
Track and manage dependencies within and across work streams, and the overall program (inclusive of Business and IT dependencies)
Responsible to track, manage and drive resolution of risks / issues / action items, complete analysis and mitigation planning with the help of the broader project team
Oversee the tracking and reporting of project progress and status, analyze and provided overall program status on a weekly basis or as needed
Manage project changes (scope, schedule & resource) working through the Change Control Board
Maintain detailed project documentation in the repository while ensuring project documentation meets compliance needs (SOX, Information Technology (IT), InfoSec, Human Resources (HR



Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information System, or related field
Successful end to end project management of a large scale ERP implementation required; Track record of successful project delivery
Large, cross functional project management experience required
Minimum of 10+ years of increasingly responsible IT Program, project management experience
Strong organization skills with ability to lead virtual teams
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Highly self-motivated and strives for perfection
Ability to build relationships across stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage in a cross functional and matrixed role working across the business and IT in a multi-vendor environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Knowledge and experience of using Scum process and tools
Strong expertise on using Scrum/Agile tools, MS Project for project management and PowerPoint for strong presentation skills
