Title: IT Project Manager

Location: New York

Duration: 12+ Months

Note: US Citizen / Green Card Holder Preferred


The Project Manager for Sales, Research & Technology is responsible for
managing the day to day operational activities and support for a Research
internal proprietary application.
- Work closely with our business partners to understand their business and
system problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements.
- Independently research, analyze, identify, and document the tasks to
achieve the project goals.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant
stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project
scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage BI Analytics design with development, testing and rollout approach
for various business integration opportunities
- Develop complex, Interactive/Dynamic Dashboards with Tableau, Domo and
other BI tools
- Create Reusable templates and framework that can be used to support
self-serve reporting and dash boarding with the enterprise BI tools
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or
- Engineering (or equivalent relevant work experience
- 5 + years of progressive experience in systems analysis & development,
support with business systems
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information
technology sector
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in
software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and
multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in data analysis, modeling, and design
- Experience in BI Analytics tool, ideally Tableau and Domo
- Proficiency in building and designing dashboards
Desired Characteristics
- Experience in US Media & Entertainment environment preferred
- Experience research data, specifically Nielsen data a plus
- Experience with Agile Software Development
- Highly competent in project and program management, budgeting,
scheduling, and task estimation
- Excellent team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and
inspire team members
- Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and communicate
effectively with all stake holders (business and IT)
