Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s Degree
Years of direct/relevant experience required: 7 to 10 years of experience
1. Minimum 7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager with at least 3 years’ experience in Health Care, Managed Care.
2. Experience with Process Improvement Methodology including defining and documenting workflow
3. Proven ability to work closely with the business community as well as developers in a tactful manner
4. Experience with Workflow Tools
5. Basic understanding of data models and SQL
6. Working knowledge of MS Office, Visio, project plan
7. Able to articulate and follow the project management and SDLC lifecycles
8. Experience with QNXT is highly desirable
9. Project Management Certificate is highly desirable
