Job Description:
10 + years. Demonstrates an understanding of customer’s tactical goals and effectively participates in the development and implementation of business solutions. Actively manages the work efforts of multiple functional resources through the project plan. Establishes basic scope control procedures. Develops documentation; monitors and reports project status; assesses the effectiveness and accuracy of documentation. Initiates and maintains reporting relationships with project stakeholders including team members, peers, managers, vendors, and other affected departments to coordinate efforts across multiple business units and ensure continuous efficient management of projects; gathers input and feedback. Analyzes and reports project status and research information; monitors project performance to maintain the quality of services, deliverables and content. Effectively assists in directing internal resources to achieve business solutions within project guidelines.
Required Skills:
Proven working experience in project management
Excellent client-facing and internal communications skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to lead the planning and implementation of project
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Develop full scale project plans
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Provide direction and support to project team
Consistent monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

Desired Skills:
Previous Bank and/or Third Party Program experience
Familiarity managing business process, developing business requirements, and implementing enhancements within the following tools: o SharePoint o Archer o Ariba o Microstrategy o MS Dynamic CRM o Spotfire o Tableau
Survey’s, voice of the customer, Polling results
Working knowledge of Online collaboration tools (e.g. WebEx)
Working knowledge of Service and/or IT Contracts
Understanding of Operational Risk Top 3 technical skills: Tableau (2 years) Microstrategy (2 years) SQL (2 years)
