IT Project Manager (ERP-SCM and HR Systems)

*Location:* Sunnyvale CA

*6 months+*

IT PMO is searching for a senior project manager to oversee our *ERP
Supply Chain Management implementation Additionally, we are hoping to
find andidate who has exposure to *HR Systems/Workday as we have some
project support needs in that area, as well
*This role will be responsible for managing Program workstreams for
Microsoft Dynamics AX-SCM Implementation, and HR systems related projects
(Workday This role demands a strong, senior PM with excellent track* record
of managing multiple project workstreams and deep technical familiarity
with ERP-SCM and corresponding SOX compliance requirements. Deep business
acumen on supply chain is a key need for this IT program manager.
*Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:*
Pro-actively lead efforts coordinating vendor evaluations &
solution selection, defining and negotiating SOWs, oversee requirements
gathering with vendor resources, and also internal business SMEs,
stakeholders, IT architects, IT business analysts, and Developers as needed
Professionally prepare presentations to communicate strategy and
approach, visualize program objectives per phases, and timely status.
Clearly define and agree Program governance & Communication Plan.
Clearly define Risk Mitigation plan.
Manage Vendor relationships and lead calls with vendors.
Per internal PMO, author & maintain required project
documentation including Project Charter, Budget Tracker, Schedule, Status
Dashboard, Timeline visuals. Also, assemble final project documentation +
deliverables in PMO repository.
Clearly define comprehensive Training Program for solution
rollout.
Coordinate with IT and Business Owner team to define Production
Support Transition Plan.
Ensure solutions comply with regulations throughout the solution
lifecycle, working tightly with internal Quality, IT Compliance, SOX Audit
Oversight management.
Identify, monitor and escalate issues to Sponsors & Stakeholders,
and to Vendor PM as needed.
*Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements:*
7+ years of experience managing projects to implementing system/s
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to
interact with different levels of management and a seasoned SCM business
acumen.
Project management and Operations experience in the Bio-Pharma,
Life Sciences industry is a plus.
Skills Project Management, SDLC, Business Analysis, Vendor
Management, Meeting Management, Team Leadership, Change Management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially
Powerpoint.
*Supply Chain Mgt systems experience is a must
*Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus
*SOX Compliance knowledge is a must
HR Systems experience strongly desired.
BA or BS degree required, MBA desired.
PMP certification or similar project management certification
preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
Ability to create and deliver effective presentations, tailored
to the audience.
