Job Description.
The What, How & Why you will do the job - Reporting to the Manager of Business Services you will design, plan, coordinate and execute projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan, on time within budget and scope. The Project Manager will define the project39;s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. You will work closely with Business owners to ensure project deliverables are being met and the Business is realizing results. Experience around implementation of HR IS application end to end ( like WorkDay ) . Experience in HR Processes and applications.
A detailed outline of essential job deliverables :
Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Proactively manages any changes in project scope, identifies potential issues and devises contingency plan.
Develops comprehensive project plan for solutions implementation; inclusive of project planning, scheduling, resource planning/coordination, risk management, communication planning, etc.
Develops and maintains the project scorecard and other artifacts and maintains a regular and strong communication rhythm with all project participants.
Collaborates internally with other teams to foster strong relationships, manage expectations and adjust work product, resources, or with client approval, changes to scope, as necessary for the success of the project.
Provides status reports on project progress to leadership team on a regular basis.
Communicates effectively with clients and senior leadership to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
Develops subject matter expertise as needed to increase effectiveness.
Collaborates with other Project Managers and team members contributing regularly to the ISS Project Management practice.
