Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
5 – 8+ years working in an Enterprise Organization and/or Project Management Office experience
Expert with MS Office, Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Skype & O365 (Certification in these applications is a plus, but not required)
Self-starter, critical thinker, strong attention to detail and follow up
Holds one or more Project Management Institute (PMI) certification, or has working knowledge thereof
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred but not required
Demonstrates working knowledge of PMBOK methodology and SDLC
Computer Application and Infrastructure analysis/implementation experience is helpful
Coordinates multiple internal functional department tasks
Excellent customer service, decision making and analytical skills
Skilled at working with an international team worldwide
Ability to work independently, keeping track and completing multiple tasks on time
As an essential function of this position, manage stress satisfactorily and have Soft Skills to be congenial with other employees and customers at all times
Experience working with and presenting to mid-level management and VP staff
Prioritizes and balances time, actions, resources and initiatives effectively
Use proven tools, techniques and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
Seeks opportunities to learn from new discoveries, innovations, ideas and ways of looking at things

Responsibilities
Possible domestic travel required (10%)
Update project schedules and maintain managed documents in ServiceNow
Assist Project Managers with MS Project schedules, meeting minutes, obtaining signatures, and compiling project documentation
Facilitate meetings for project teams, internal staff, and cross-departmental work groups
Support process improvement and implementation efforts as directed by manager
Create, analyze and distribute reporting for team and executives using MS Excel, Project, Visio, and QlikView
Create charts, graphs, diagrams and other visualizations using MS Office programs
Write work instructions and job aids, including work flow diagrams
Develop more efficient methods of performing work and present to management
Monitor group email and respond promptly and courteously to requests for assistance
Route requests for assistance in a timely manner, as appropriate, or escalate if needed
Administer and manage permissions for Office 365 Team Site, SharePoint, and One Drive
Collaborate with team members worldwide, using clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
Coordinate onboarding and off boarding of team members
Update department policies and procedures
Provide training to team and support adoption of new processes
