Job Title : Project Coordinator

Job Location : Phoenix AZ

Job Type : Long Term Contract

Roles & Responsibilities:

JOB DUTIES:

Plans and directs activities of multi-faceted projects of limited duration.

Provide executive assistance to Director on initiatives and special assignments.

Assists Leadership with the development and implementation of project action plans in order to meet Annual Improvement Priorities.

Conduct periodic action/project plan reviews. Produce periodic reports for Leadership regarding progress.

Assist program partners with problem-solving gaps in performance

Draft presentations materials on PowerPoint, talking point/handouts and other resources


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Must be knowledgeable and feel comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office Applications.

Have knowledge of strategic planning, policy analysis and program evaluation.

Knowledge of contemporary business methods, planning and implementation of an operational budget.

Feel comfortable and confident in ability to comprehend, analyze, interpret and reconciliate complex legal and strategic data.

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be comfortable conducting presentations.

Able to lead and motivate a diverse group and communicate information clearly to individuals with varying degrees of knowledge.

Must be able to multi task and handle multiple projects efficiently and properly to meet deadlines.
