Job Description :

Provide project assurance support for the global Centrica change envelope with an annual spend of over $200M+.
Implement and maintain Project Assurance Plans, ensuring that these remain current.
In consultation with the Project Assurance Lead/Manager, develop and maintain project or program Project Control Certification and Project Audit schedules, and conduct review when and where required in a timely manner.
Use PPM tools to review project work plans, issues, risks, and dependencies.
Produce status reports, conduct status meetings, and facilitate issue resolution and risk management sessions.
Develop presentations and identify process improvement opportunities.
Help drive the successful and consistent delivery of projects globally.
Prepare necessary assurance reporting for meaningful insights.
Ensure adherence to project management policies, standards and procedures.

Required Skills

Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience, ideally in both Agile & Waterfall environments
Minimum 2 years of experience with project management in the IT Audit and IT Controls space
Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO)
Experience creating business requirements, project plans, project schedules and associated project materials
Excellent writing skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience with MS Office tools such as O365, SharePoint, Power BI, and MS Project
Experience in the use of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools like Clarity and Project Online
Understanding of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) or equivalent
