Job Description :
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Drives the vision for the retail solution and software product that is to be built and maintained
? Serve as functional expert and voice of end users and customer advocate
? In an Agile environment, work with the technical lead and other teammates to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
and return on investment; has a significant role in quality and is the only team member empowered to accept
stories as complete
? Guide development priorities based on project goals and stakeholder feedback
? Partners with key business stakeholders to identify and document business & functional requirements in the
context of deploying new store and supporting system solutions and upgrading existing ones
? Develops and supports the creation of project related materials such as solution documents, business and
functional requirements, business process documents and workflows
? Manages stakeholder approval
? Identifies areas of process improvement, considers all options and develops and presents recommendations
? Participates in functional & integration testing
? Manages User Acceptance Testing
? Supports end-user training and change management activities with the business

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
? A Bachelor039;s Degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience

? Extensive experience in working with end users using a variety of techniques to elicit and document business
requirements and turning those into user stories and acceptance criteria.
? Experience working closely with IT Project managers and development teams.
? Strong analytical skills and writing skills, including solid experience in writing functional and technical
specifications.
? Strong teamwork skills in a small local setting, as well as across different geographic locations.
? Strong organization skills with an excellent attention to detail.
? Ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure.
? Able to drive short-term actions that are consistent with long-term goals.
? Expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to
blend them together if needed.
? Effective and empathic listener.
? Must possess good communication skills with the ability to be assertive.
? Experience with the complete software development life cycle, from requirements gathering through design,
implementation, testing, all the way to production deployment.
