On behalf of our client Procom Services is looking for an IT Product Manager with 6-10 years’ experience:
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an IT Product Manager, supporting Human Resource applications. The Product Manager will partner with balanced teams to understand business requirements through end user interviews, surveys and translate into user stories, user flows and mock-ups. Deliver IT solutions that enable robust business operations.
Job responsibilities will include: Partners with end-users and project teams to perform user-centered design and development, ensuring product delivered is the project needed; Guides product decisions by conducting user research such as interviews and facilitating iterative feedback loops; Defines user requirements, user stories and usability goals; Conducts iterative usability tests to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the product; May contribute to the development of the product design Exercise considerable discretion in determining technical objectives of the product.
