Job Description :
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Individual Contributor for IT design, implementation, operation, and support team. May assume team leadership role at times.
Provide cross-functional project planning for IT Group
Monitor schedules, scope and resources pertaining to each project.
Manage project risks by identifying issues and taking the lead in removing impediments.
Deliver support to multiple stakeholder groups including Product Engineering, Customer Service, Business Development/Sales, and internal user population.
Integrate and work with teams with a variety of skillsets including Network Engineers, Systems Administrators, data analysts, and helpdesk professionals.
Drive evolution of IT infrastructure, plan for future needs and maintain secure IT environments.
Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of employees throughout the company, both oral and written.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
5 years of project management experience in IT service design, delivery, operations.
7 years of IT Technical Experience including experiences with the following:
Design and Network Integration
Dell/HP/Nutanix hardware
Microsoft Server Operating Systems
Cisco Switches and Routers
VMware vSphere
SAN’s
Wireless LAN’s
BS degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office; especially Excel and Microsoft Project.
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
