Looking for: Technical Business Analyst

Hard skills:
Familiarity with excel
Familiar with infrastructure implementation – specifically:
Email (MS Exchange / O365 experience)
Local Network operations (e.g. understands what the following are:
Router, switch, patch panel, firewall
Low voltage cabling / IP address / MAC address understanding
Network carrier bandwidth varieties
Local office device mapping (e.g. local vs network printing)
Telephony (basic understanding of local PBX vs. VoIP, remote call forwarding)
Soft skills:
Good consultative telephone presence – will be interacting with new Hub employees via acquisition, tracking down technical details from people who don’t understand the topics
Driver – execution mindset – will need to track down details and deliver results to deadline.
Critical thinker Recognizes when issues / risks will jeopardize delivery dates, and escalates in time to allow for help
