Our client, one of world’s largest distributors of Healthcare systems, Medical supplies & Pharmaceutical products, seeks accomplished IT Integrations Program Manager.

Description:
Works closely with Business Development, Business Operations, Regional IT Directors, and IT technical managers in the translation of business requirements into a clearly articulated IT integration strategy for acquisitions made by Client.
The position will conduct due diligence for new acquisitions, create integration budgets, estimate resource requirements, facilitate a recurring IT Governance meeting to obtain buy-in from IT Executives, and manage key IT project work streams.
Liaise between Business Operations, IT leadership and technical teams. Track and manage interdependencies between various IT workstreams.
Balance multiple conflicting requirements and priorities. Project management of key IT workstreams. Find and deliver win-win solutions.
Promote standard solutions when they make sense. Promote trust and collaboration between Client and the acquired company.
Identify areas that lack efficient process and procedure and help to drive agreed upon, efficient steps and practices for teams to follow that generate standard results.

Requirements:
4-year degree in computer science or related field. Master''s in Business Administration or Computer Science preferred.
6+ year’s systems experience including 5+ years managerial experience.
Experience defining and implementing IT strategies in support of business requirements.
Project Management Professional certification or equivalent experience.
Strong subject matter knowledge on the full spectrum of IT building blocks particularly network, data centers, end user computing, telephony, mobility solutions, and systems integration.
Program/Project Management. Strong business acumen.
The ability to perform as an IT consultant to the business. Experience with ITIL.

Additional Knowledge/Skills:
Experience project managing M&A integration activities.
Relevant experience in the Healthcare industry.
