Description:
IT Infrastructure Manager 10 plus years of experience with a combination of technical aptitude, business acumen, strong communication, and superior team management skills to join our IT organization. This position will report to the Executive Director of IT.
The position will plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities, manage existing Vendor relationship and manage the helpdesk support, production staff and infrastructure staff which maintains and operates the companies IT infrastructure including servers, network, desktops and mobile devices.

Required:
In addition the position is responsible for providing the vision, strategic management and support of the department.
This includes maintaining and operating a 24x7 data center, highly-available infrastructure, as well as services and facilities to meet the information technology needs of the organization. Technical hands-on experience with Virtualization, Cloud Architectures, Systems, EMC Storage and Office 365 is a must. An in-depth understanding of network security, intrusion detection and intrusion prevention is required.
The position also has an integral role in managing the controls and audits. Strong Understanding of HIPAA is a plus.
Knowledge of ShoreTel or any other VoIP technology is required.

Essential Functions Include:
Oversee all IT elements including but not limited to data, network, storage, servers, helpdesk support and telephony; establishes policies, standards, practices and security measures to assure effective and consistent operations, manage desktop support and the helpdesk
Responsible for maintaining and enforcing security standards to safeguard data assets and ensure security compliance
Manage the department budget, establishing financial and purchasing controls, as well as regularly reporting budget execution status versus plan, establish clear and complete cost and productivity benchmarking
Manage data centers, including capacity planning (power/space utilization), distributed storage, redundancy and disaster recovery planning
Directs and manages outsourced IT Services including vendor negotiations on costs, delivery and services
Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and operational processes
Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision
Experience with Cisco Firewalls, Switches, routers, Fiber Channel and FortiNet products is required.

Education:
Requires a bachelor''s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
