Job Description :
ROLE: IT Incident Response and Escalation Process Analyst
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA


REQUIRED:
Experience facilitating stakeholder groups from a business perspective and knowledge about stakeholder awareness
Experience documenting processes and training
OCM experience would be ideal. Someone who has the experience working with diverse groups and developing a common process and assisting with communications and outreach associated with process development
Work with California Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) to develop incident prioritization from a business perspective
Document incident types, incident response process, test the process, training on the process and communications related to the process
Develop a DCSS coordinated response to incidents
Assist DCSS in developing response times and protocols
Develop communication and incident related templates for communications and coordination across an organization and with external stakeholders
Experience in standardized process development for a coordinated organizational response to incidents (and escalation paths)
