JDE Support Analyst

We're looking for a JDE Support Analyst with 2+ years of experience for a great opportunity in Norcross, GA.

As the IT Implementation Support Analyst, you will take lead on supporting the JDE ERP System. You will be responsible for supporting the end user systems and processes after implementation. You will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of software enhancements.

As the JDE Support Analyst, you will:

Support end user problem resolution after software and new business processes are implemented

Test enhancements to system functionality

Investigate and resolve computer software problems of users

Provide functional support to the implementation group

Understand system enhancement requests and document business requirements in functional requirement documents

Explain software enhancement needs and issues

Recommend changes to programs and software functionality

Analyze trends and make recommendations about system enhancements

Job Requirements for the JDE Support Analyst:

3+ years of JDE experience

2+ years of software support experience

Experience with direct support of end users on ERP systems

Must have application support experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or similar

Must be able to research system issues, formulate solutions, and present solutions to end-users
