Position: IT Cloud Engineer
Location: Milan, Illinois, USA 61264-3232
Contract duration: 3 years

Job Description:

Job Duties:
Serve as IT Cloud Analyst on the ISG Operations Infra team, handling on-call duties, setting up automation for cloud and on-premis infrastructure, troubleshooting production issues, and communicating root cause of problems to others.
Working with teams globally to support the ISG initiatives.

Required:
Excellent communicator, written and verbal
Ability to work in a global team environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline and/or equivalent work experience
1+ years of experience with Unix/Linux operating systems
Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Able to participate in on-call rotation every month
Handle off-hours support work
Experience with troubleshooting complex network architecture using technologies like: proxy, firewall, and DNS
Ability to travel domestically 10% of the time or less
Basic experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services

Preferred:
2+ years of experience with AWS
1+ years of experience with Elastic Search
