Role Purpose:

The Project Manager is responsible for all project management aspects of current project enhancements to ensure on-time completion with high quality delivery. Should have experience with large managed print engagements. Works with CW leadership in the execution of project and program activities. Coaches, mentors and leads other project managers and team members through the details and application of project initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing. Mentors project managers on the application of project management and project life cycle methodologies. Facilitates collaboration among technical team and business users. Responsible for the development of appropriate project management related documentation (scope, schedule, cost, quality, issues and risks, etc, project life cycle related documentation (work product deliverables), and setup and use of project management tools as well as manage all technical resources. Analyses and creates business requirements and translates them into detailed project plans, stakeholder approval plans and acceptance criteria.

Determine, based on scope, objectives, cost, and timeline, the best project approach to use and the right people to involve
Develop a comprehensive project plan which includes all tasks to achieve objectives and deliverables
Direct and monitor project assignments
Escalate issues to the project sponsor
Own and work issues to resolution
Lead and take ownership of all aspects of integration & transition efforts post-closing, working with a team of functional members
Maintain accurate and informative project information
Continually monitor and manage changes to the scope, cost and schedule of the project
Exhibit cross-functional leadership through positive relationships
Transition processes to operational owners at the end of the project
Follow ITIL and Service Management Processes such as Incident, Problem and Change management processes
Able to collaborate with the Global teams


Required Skills:

Experience in evaluating organizational readiness in advance of transition events
Demonstrable experience of working for a large enterprise, familiarity with IT frameworks such as ITIL.
An understanding of the advantage for Change and Incident Management processes to the organisation.
Experience working across various functional teams to provide a full end to end executable plan for successful integration of 3rd party
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.
Applicants must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under specific deadlines, while working in a fast-paced production environment.
Accountable for execution according to established standards, procedures, and processes.
Participation in global working groups responsible for the deployment and development of global technology systems and infrastructure.
Contribute to, produce and maintain processes, procedures, operational and architectural documentation, that meet CIO/CTO Standards.
Responsible for awareness and compliance to policy and guidelines of InfoSec policies and procedures.

PMP
ITIL Foundation Certified
Experience
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolving complex problems
Ability to think logically, analyse technical information and translate effectively to leadership
Ability to work as a member of a globally distributed team
Ability to pass on knowledge to other members of the team and share knowledge accordingly to peers
To question the norm, and present new solutions where possible to ensure further development of the environment to become more efficient and stable.
Desirable:

Bachelor''s Degree 10+ years of relevant work experience leading project teams
Project Management Lifecycle Methodologies PMP certification, Agile Scrum Master
ITIL v3 Methodologies (preferred)
Ability to prepare and track overall project budgets and schedules
Experience leading and managing numerous facets of multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Willing/able to travel
Self-motivated and deadline driven
