Business Analyst should cover:

1. Collection and recording of business and technical requirements
2. Develop a backlog of epics, features, user stories and tasks based on business requirements and technical design. All user stories should include clearly defined business acceptance criteria.
3. Estimation of size (/ score) of backlog items
4. Development of functional view of overall product to be built
5. Ensure business reviews and approvals are obtained
6. Manage dependencies on deliverables from various business departments
7. Drive closure of gaps on open requirements
8. Utilize Visio, Confluence and JIRA tools to document and create Story Cards
9. Experience in captive finance industry with Agile methodology
10. Overall IT and Business Analyst experience of 8-10 years
11. Attributed to Scrum Master roles and responsibilities

Soft Skills:
1. Must have experience working with offshore development teams
2. Must possess strong written and oral communication skills (10/10 comm skills)
3. Must be able to work in a DevOps team environment
4. Must possess strong time-management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at a given time
5. Must maintain a clean, professional appearance
6. Must be local to Columbus OH
