Position: IT Business Analyst
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 10+ Months
Key responsibilities:
Analyst will support the Project Manager, the Vocational Rehabilitation Systems team, and other IT resources to make sure features align with business requirements. Work with the Vocational Rehabilitation Systems team in defining and documenting application/system requirements. Assists with systems testing, user acceptance testing, and other functional testing as needed. Creates business process and workflow diagrams and maintains related documentation. Work with the Project Manager to document tasks, action items, risk and issues, and other project management documentation. Schedule meetings, take meeting notes, and prepare presentations for meetings. Participate in the full Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from project initiation through implementation and post-deployment support. Work is performed under general direction with some latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Performs other duties as assigned.
