Job Requirement:
As an IT Analyst/Developer you will provide application development and support to partner in the planning, delivery and/or support of business processes utilizing information technology and business practices for strategic business units. In addition, you will:
Participate as required to design, develop, test and integrate applications of high complexity
Apply information analyses to optimize the integration of major strategic business processes
Lead in the implementation of information technology and business processes of high complexity
Design and implement complex changes impacting several processes with minimal direction
Serve as a key team member which may include being on multiple teams and/or team lead
Serve as a consultant or expert and actively share knowledge across workgroups
Primarily perform as an individual contributor, but may supervise a small work team (6 or fewer members)
Have expanded contact with responsibility to varied and multiple departments and functional operations, and actively participate in strategic business relationships.
May plan work and schedules for others for project related work

What Skills You Need
4+ years of experience in programming/software development which involved changes in process
4+ years of experience working with applications, data, infrastructure, and/or IT security
1+ years of work experience in a team environment
Understanding of applications development environment, database, data management, performance tuning and infrastructure capabilities and constraints
Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions
Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 25% including occasional multi-week travel
What Makes You Stand Out
Other areas of experience or interest that will help us place you on the right team include:
Experience within a business environment with ERP or CRM is preferred
C# / .NET experience is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations or previous versions of Microsoft AX is preferred
Use of Microsoft Visual Studio development tools is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other business intelligence tools are preferred
Experience with software quality assurance or automated testing
An understanding of dealer business systems is preferred
Education
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following:
Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience
Agile Development and extreme programming practices
