Job Description :
Seeking "intermediate" level PM. Someone with true PM experience, but does not necessarily need to be a highly seasoned individual with experience managing complex projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to manage projects and initiatives of various sizes, complexity and timeframes.
Most projects will relate to our ERP software but this role has the opportunity to also work on other initiatives within the IS department.
They will be working on smaller-scale projects, not necessarily highly complex in nature, and they will not all be Oracle-based projects. However, we are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of ERP system operations.
Experience/Skills :
Lead discussions to determine customer needs
Create Project Plans & Timelines
Coordinate resources across various departments and disciplines
Communicate with and, where necessary, obtain approvals from key Upper Level Management stakeholders
Utilize their own Thought Leadership capabilities to ensure the design requirements are legitimate and appropriate
Some international travel may be required Strong leadership and communication skills
General understanding of an IT / IS business environment
Familiarity with Project Planning and/or Task Tracking software a strong plus
General understanding of Oracle EBS or other ERPs a plus
Education: Bachelor''s Degree (Required)
