Title :Sr Associate IS Analyst
Duration: 4 months Contract with possible extension
Location: Tampa, FL

Job Details:
Monitors Information Technology applications, systems and hardware for abnormal processing conditions, utilizing monitoring tools and operating system logs
Responsible for actively resolving day-to-day technology needs of the business unit with a focus on the analysis of processes-dissecting problems and suggesting solutions.
Researches and resolves systemic issues and problems with software systems and application compatibility with the standard operating systems (WinOS, MacOS) and security agents
Follows escalation procedures when appropriate to resolve processing problems and user problems in a timely manner and meet service levels and other standards for the job
Continuously engage application owners to ensure that the applications are up-to-date
Analyzes and implements changes or additions to software systems and operations procedures as needed.
Support UAT and pilot testing for new functionality releases
Facilitate user communications and organizational change management when changes are being implemented (outages, upgrades, attribute changes, etc
Completes project assignments and ad-hoc project needs commensurate with job expectations.
Confirm the shutdown and startup of lower environment systems that may be scheduled to occur.

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
Technical knowledge of Office 365 apps, patch management, configuration manager, Win 10/OS support & lifecycle management, scripting tools (SQL, PowerShell etc
Application support and technical architecture in hybrid environment
ITIL and Six Sigma Certified

Preferred Qualifications:
Monitor applications, data loads and lifecycle management activities following established procedures.
Closely work with License management team to ensure standardization and ALM processes are being enforced
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels
Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources
Excellent problem-solving, team and time management skills
Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
Bachelor''s degree in computer science, or closely-related field desired or equivalent work experience desired
PowerShell, python, MoveIT or other scripting tools would be very helpful
Working knowledge of OMS, Windows Analytics, Azure Log Metrics, ServiceNow, Aternity
Working knowledge of ITIL methodologies and systems
Working knowledge and ability to write SQL queries helpful
