Position: IPM Support Lead
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: Full Time Position
Description:
Responsibilities
Plan and Review release work items with the client Project managers on a daily basis for self and offshore team
Interact with the offshore team on a daily basis to review work item status, perform functional / technical reviews
Backlog and Sprint planning sessions with the client Project Managers
Help the client with non-production release management activities
Prepare and maintain a Service Improvement Plan to reduce recurring support problems, suggest automation of manual tasks and track it to completion
Skills and Applications
Winforms, C#, Angular JS, MVC, Entity Framework, SSRS, SSIS, HTML5, CSS
Well versed in analyzing, writing and optimizing SQL Server stored procedures
Team Foundation Server 2012+
Autosys – creating, modifying JIL scripts
Experience
7-10+ years in software engineering and architecture experience
Agile methodology and Sprint planning and estimation techniques
Offshore Coordination
