Job Description:
The Digital Optimization Mobile Contractor will partner with the various Digital team and Innovation/Marketing team and IT to develop, program, and test various A/B testing or MVT or Split testing projects. In the evolving Digital Optimization space, new technologies appear in the market at a frequent pace. This changing landscape requires a versatile team that is in touch with the market, passion about new technology, while at the same time able to understand the needs of our customers and how emerging technology can improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Role is a hybrid mobile developer and marketing analyst that will be managing A/B testing in the Mobile App
To be able to understand test setup and data collection standards within test environment will help with the A/B testing planned work
Should be able to collaborate cross-functionally to accomplish medium to high complex tests
Understand back-end system/services to access when building out fronts for Testing
Ability to creatively architect and design programs to meet the goals and requirements of various projects
Interacts with internal and external peers and/or managers to exchange semi-complex information related to assigned tests
Deployments will take place every month that may require the candidate to work an evening
Responsible for interacting with the business and development teams to work toward achieving business timelines
Qualifications:
Experience with iPhone Application Development Environments (ideally 2+ years of experience) Experience with both iOS and Android required
4-5 years developer experience required
Experience developing native iOS platforms: Objective-C, iOS SDK, and XCODE required
Individual must have strong communication skills and professionalism
Must be able to handle multiple roles
Agile experience preferred
Experience with Location technologies (iBeacon, BLE), Push Notification technologies preferred
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Maximyser (or any A/B testing tool) preferred
Analytics experience preferred
