Role: IIB/WMB Developer
Location: Detroit, MI
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
3+ years of WMB/IIB and MQ administration experience
Bar deployments, Configurable service creation, ODBC and JDBC set up, work load management and MQ policy creation etc
This is not a developer/application support position. Production support experience is REQUIRED; availability for on-call support as needed
Required Skills/Experience
Installation and Configuration of IIB and MQ.
Hands on Experience in enabling the security using Security exits.
MQ Architecture & Solution Design.
MQ PubSub Administration, Maintenance, Deployment, and Integration including Installation and Configuration of IBM MQ in a z/OS mainframe environment.
Installs/maintenance/recovery, business integration, MQ security, MQ auditing, monitoring and capacity planning, tuning and problem resolution.
IIB and MQ trouble shooting. Analyzing logs and raising PMR’s for critical issues. Working with IBM by generating trace files.
MQ objects creation like Queues, Topic, Subscription, Channels, Remote Queue definition, CCDT & Bindings file generation etc.
SSL Certificate upload. Key Store and Trust Store set up.
Preferred Skills/Experience
Setting up Tivoli and Dynatrace alerts for MQ and IIB.
MQ Performance Tuning and Capacity Planning.
LDAP configurations, setting up system and user accounts and controlling the privileges
Education/Certifications
Bachelor degree required in a science, technical, or mathematics related field of study; or, 8+ years of relevant IT work experience in an infrastructure support role.
