Client: Healthcare
Role: IIB / Message Broker
Location: Durham / Raleigh, NC (local always preferred but not required)
Length: 4 months – 12 Plus Months ;
C2C Rate: $70 C2C, all-inclusive (No-layering Let me know if you need to submit someone at a higher rate.
Job Description (AWS & JCAPS is REQUIRED):

Responsibilities:
Converting JCAPS code to AWS IIB
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Natural Science.
5 years of experience in computer programming.
5-7 years of experience as a IIB/Message Broker integrator/developer.
If no degree, 7 or more years of experience in computer programming.
Solid understanding and demonstration of SOA and EAI skills.
Recent experience with coding and developing Java/J2EE applications.
Must be a highly skilled professional with strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills. Must have the ability to solve, multi-task, and work as part of a larger project team. Must be self-directed, as well as able to network within the organization and seek out solutions.
Must possess excellent speaking/writing skills and work effectively with peers and management and the ability to communicate complex concepts to a broad-based audience of technical and non-technical users.
Experience with a Java Development IDE such as Eclipse, RAD
JCAPS - Java Composite Application Platform development experience
Core Skills:
IBM Integration Bus (IIB)/Message Broker version 10 Development and Integration
Core Enterprise Java/J2EE experience
Experience with IBM Rapid Application Developer (RAD) IDE
Experience with relational databases: SQL Server Database, Oracle Database
Experience with building SOAP and Restful web services
Desired Skills:
Amazon Web Services (AWS) deployment experience a plus.
Solid experience with MB 7.x.
Experience building projects from the ground up, performance-tuning, interfaces, and building common reusable frameworks.
Analysis, development, installation, modification and support of software applications.
Analyze business problems or opportunities, design solutions and prepare detailed specifications and estimates from which objects will be written.
Healthcare Industry Experience
Perform all necessary discovery and fact finding to fully understand and execute all assignments with limited supervision.
Code, debug, revise and document objects or systems with limited supervision. May design based on functional department assigned.
Implement the tested and approved objects in a manner which protects the integrity of all test and production environments with limited supervision
Adhere to all application standards, service level agreements, and processes (Walkthru and Approval processes, Program/System documentation, Status Reporting, Escalation, Change Management, Problem Management, Software Development Methodology
JCAPS - Java Composite Application Platform development
JCAPS(SeeBeyond), EAI, BPEL. Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
Should possess above average problem-solving skills and be self-directed.
Candidates with a combination of JCAPS/Java or JCAPS/Message Broker are preferred, but should not delay the hiring of a solid JCAPS developer.
