IIB Developer - Senior
Job Description/ Requirements:
The IIB Developer must have solid experience in IIB/ESB platforms. They must have demonstrated experience working in multi-disciplinary design teams, Agile and/or XP development environments and have the capability to design and develop artifacts for the IIB/ESB platform. They should have experience in connectivity and utilization of various platforms and transformation capabilities of the IIB/ESB. The IIB Developer will leverage their deep experience in software engineering to ensure that deliverables meet ongoing performance and maintenance requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop interfaces and services for consumption and publishing for the landscape via ESB.
Develop Critical frameworks and perform proof-of-concepts in the integration platform
Work within an Agile development environment
Influence expert judgement and technical savviness when designing solutions
Responsible for integrating existing applications, web services, databases, and business process management systems in order to build advanced Enterprise Service Bus solutions
Minimum of 8 years of experience out of which 2+ years on APIGee
BA/BS in Computer Science or related field is preferable. Equivalent combination of experience, education and training will be considered.
Implement API management solutions using Apigee to include API proxies, rate limiting, security, analytics, monetization and developer portals.
Design and developed API specifications using OpenAPI Specifications/YAML
Knowledge of Apigee On-Prem, Apigee Sense and API BaaS
Design, develop, configure, and troubleshoot APIs and policies using APIGEE
Support the APIs through the entire lifecycle.
Writing Open API spec and knowledge of smart docs and on boarding APIs to developer portal
Debug EDGE components
