Role: IDM - Senior Developer
Location: Moorestown, NJ

Job Responsibilities
Installation and configuration of CA-IDM Solutions
Develop and implement target system integration
Troubleshoot and support IDM applications and systems
Responsible for any customization or advanced configuration of functionality not available through out of the box workflows, connectors, and processes.
Build and implement Workflows, Forms, Rules, Provisioning Policies, Password Policies, Lifecycle Events and Access Certifications
Solution Integration with: Active Directory, Workday, OpenLDAP, RSA Authentication Manager, ServiceNow Platform
Document technical design, configuration and customization specification documents
Perform functional and technical requirements gathering and analysis for an enterprise wide Identity & Access Management program.
Document use cases and perform unit and system testing. In addition, drive user acceptance testing with client and technology partners.
Technical Skills:
3-5 years of experience in implementing IDM / IAM solutions (preferably CA IDM)
4 years of experience in Information Technology and SDLC processes
3-5 years of Java and Beanshell development required
Working knowledge of Java, Tomcat, Webservices, SOAP, REST and SQL
