Job Description :
3+ years of Icertis Contract Management software (ICM) implementation experience.
3+ years of Contract Management software implementation experience.
3+ years of hands on project management experience.
Experience with Enterprise Contract Management integration with external systems.
Knowledge of Business process design and workflow
Knowledge of Analytical tools (i.e. relationship diagrams, workflow diagrams, swim lane diagrams, use case models, requirements documentation, business cases, etc
Knowledge of Project management, Systems Development Lifecycle
Knowledge of MS Office Suite Products (Word, Visio, Project, Excel)
Ability to apply analytical capabilities (planning, problem solving, critical thinking, organization, attention to detail) to resolve complex functional problems
Ability to document business processes and models
Ability to produce reports, documentation, research for the purpose of addressing customer needs
Ability to engage with stakeholders and understand and respond to their needs in rapidly changing environments
Effectively manage and prioritize work assignments
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
