Project Overview:
We need an individual who is highly versed in WebSphere Data Interchange, EDI, CXML, and IBM DB2. We are moving our middleware platform to a Managed Service Provider and we need to extract all of our maps and target/source data for each map into a format the managed service provider can use to build maps on their platform.
Role Scope / Deliverables: The scope of this role is limited to finding a way to automate/pull the mapped fields, source data, and target data for each map out of Websphere Data Interchange. The format that it extracts in needs to be able to be utilized by our managed service provider. This would encompass approximately 600-800 maps. This extraction service can either be a one time run to export all of the information, or an executable program/application that can be run by internal team members to extract on as needed basis.
